Departments
|
The InTouch team is made up of the following core departments;
Agent Services, Information Services, Administrative Services
and Call Floor Services. These four departments work as
an integrated team to provide the Insurance agent with a
complete, effective and always available contact management
team. |
Agent Services - Always the agent’s first
point of contact, regardless of the question. InTouch’s
Agent Services Department is available Monday through
Friday, (6:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time), to
answer any question that may arise or make needed scheduling
changes to the agent’s account. Agent Services
works closely with other InTouch departments to find
answers to questions and make modifications to the agent’s
account as needed. Agent Services is a proactive group
that is always searching for ways to provide a better
experience for the agent. This is accomplished through
agent surveys and other periodic inquires into the quality
of the service.
Information Services - Handles
the non-human side of InTouch. InTouch has opted for
a heavily electronic model for service and delivery.
This allows us to provide our services to agents at
low competitive rates. Information Services is divided
into the following areas; Statistics, E-Services,
Data Entry & Technical Services.

Statistics - Produces reports for Agents, Agency Field
Offices, Zones and Corporate contacts.
E-Services - Ensures that
all electronic requests that come to InTouch are routed,
responded to, and handled in an acceptable amount
of time.
Data Entry - Inputs all policyholder
names into database system, whether the list is hard
copy or electronic; requests policyholder lists from
agents when necessary; also provides quality control
for names that enter the InTouch system.

Technical Services - Maintains all computer, network
and telecommunications equipment; provides help desk
support for call floor and administrative staff.
Administrative Services - Is responsible for the smooth
operation of the office,
including marketing activities, human resources and
accounting.
Call Floor Services - Callers
are trained in Insurance philosophy, policy reviews,
and insurance and financial reviews prior to making
any phone calls. Throughout their employment at InTouch,
they will attend advanced training on different issues
including how to handle new issues or opportunities
such as social security statement reviews. Call Floor
Services’ goal is to maintain the highest quality,
while providing the highest number of appointments
for the agent. Their compensation is a base salary
and a quality bonus. There is no monetary reward for
appointments made.
