Follow Up Reports

InTouch provides monthly reports to the agent, documenting
every attempt that was made to contact the Agent’s
customers. A detailed Call History Report informs the agent
of the outcome of every dial, along with notes about any
dialogue that occurred. A single-page Summary Report is
included for quick information highlighting overall results.
