Along with the agent’s critical
information, we will need information about your customers.
This information will be compiled into the InTouch
database and will be called the agent’s “Customer
List”. You may send your customer list to
InTouch electronically, or by mail to be entered by InTouch.
Please do not attempt to fax us your customer List
as the quality of the fax can create room for error
when contacting your customer.
This list should include:
- Full customer name
- Customer's home phone number with area code
- Enough names to allow contacting for a minimum
of 6 months
It is to the agent’s advantage to insure that
all information is current and accurate. The agent
may customize the Name List to optimize the effectiveness
of the service he receives. This may include deleting
the names of those customers the agent would not like
InTouch to contact. Deleted names may include clients/customers
with whom the agent has recently met with, close friends,
family, and the deceased.
For an initial contact by a Spanish-speaking caller,
please note an “S” to the left of your
Spanish-speaking clients’ names.
The agent may also prioritize his/her list according
to which customers he/she would like to have contacted
first. Once your list is received, InTouch will create
the agents E List.
The Name List should be received by
the 25th day of the month to begin service the 1st
day of the following month.
