Before we make contacts, we would like
to personalize our files with critical information from
you. When you sign up with InTouch you will receive
an “Agent Data Sheet”. Please take a minute
to fill it out and return to InTouch. This sheet requests
the following information:
- Agent name (with phonetic spelling where necessary)
and gender
- Business name, address, phone and fax number
- E-mail address
- Agent’s AFO information
- List of agent’s staff and roles
- Directions to agents office
- Agent’s personal calendar
- Agent’s notes to the contact manager while
contacting the agent’s customers
- Agent’s vacation schedule
